Having lived abroad, Sophie Idan has a deep understanding and appreciation for a myriad of architectural styles and designs.  Her portfolio ranges from traditional to contemporary.  Sophie intuitively pulls the best of each style to capture a sophisticated, unique, and timeless design which embodies her client’s tastes, preferences, and needs.
As her colleagues and clients can confirm, Sophie is passionate in all aspects of her life.  She breathes this passion into her music, paintings and designs.  Working close with each client, she customizes their design to create an environment which exceeds expectations and is within the client’s budget.  
Sophie Idan can offer a variety of professional services which include: imaginative space planning; the selection of design details, accessories, window coverings, fabrics and furnishings to harmonize the client’s color palette; the design and coordination of the Interior Design Plan & Specifications with both the architect and contractor; and staging of homes for brokers and clients.  Her projects range from residential to commercial, remodel to new construction, and from one room to an estate or office building.  Her clients are equally diverse – ranging from the “person next door” to prominent public figures. 
Since 1998, Sophie Idan has held the position of Interior Designer for Sherwood Development’s new home construction located within Sherwood Country Club and Estates.  Sophie Idan is a member of and has served as Vice-President of the Interior Design Society.  She has also taught Interior Design classes at LTU.  Recently, one of the homes Sophie designed and later staged for the holidays was showcased at the Wellness Community Christmas Tour in Westlake Village, California.
